Indiana Limestone Entrance, This project represents our expertise in the design, fabrication, and full installation of a custom limestone entranceway inspired by classical architecture. From the ground to the top, every element was meticulously crafted to reflect a cohesive and timeless aesthetic.
The entrance is built using beige Indiana limestone Buff with a honed finish, selected from reputable quarries to ensure consistent quality and color tone. The composition features a series of half-round pilasters in pad style, complete with rounded bases and topped with Greek Ionic capitals, providing a bold yet elegant vertical structure to the portico.
Within the entryway, recessed panels add depth and proportion, while the opening surround features detailed egg-and-dart carving, highlighted by a custom keystone at its center. Above the entrance, a stone balcony balustrade provides classical continuity, while keystones above the upper openings visually anchor the elevation.
Window and door surrounds are designed with classical proportions and executed in solid limestone. Water tables flank the entry, combining function with architectural elegance. Every stone component in this project—from structural elements to ornamental carvings—was fully custom-designed.
The initial shaping of the stone was performed using precision cutting machinery, followed by hand-finishing by our skilled craftsmen, particularly on intricate elements like the keystone, ensuring the highest level of artistry.
