This project showcases a complete exterior limestone façade designed for a modern 20,000 sq.ft luxury residence. The home features European cream limestone, selected for its clean, uniform tone and minimal veining — ideal for a refined contemporary look.
The grand entrance is defined by an oversized limestone door surround with a massive slab over the entry, flanked by symmetrical panels on both sides. These feature 4′ x 4′ limestone slabs, 3 inches thick, creating a bold architectural statement around the front elevation.
We completed the surrounding walls and staircase in solid limestone, extending the material language throughout the approach. At the top, a large, two-stage crown adds weight and horizontal definition to the structure.
The window surrounds across both floors were custom-fabricated, and we installed limestone paneling along the balcony side as well. A unique feature of this project is the use of square limestone columns, which elegantly clad the steel balcony posts, ensuring visual consistency and full integration of structure with stonework.
From the ground level to the roofline, every limestone element was custom-fabricated and installed, creating a seamless and unified architectural skin for the entire house — balancing contemporary form with timeless stone texture.
