Custom Marble Flooring for Luxury Villa Great Room in the Caribbean

In this major project, custom marble flooring with water jet cut was designed and installed for the great room of a 25,000-square-foot luxury villa in the Caribbean. Using Namibia marble, the entire floor was covered wall-to-wall with perfectly tailored, water jet cut custom marble flooring.

Inside the border, a classic hair and bone pattern adds elegance, while outside the border, a diamond-shaped installation brings depth and rhythm to the space. The custom-shaped border features highly curved lines running around the entire room. The background of the border is crafted from Italian Rosso Levanto marble, while the edge is finished in Nero Marquino. For the canvas leaves, vibrant yellow onyx was used, all precisely cut using water jet technology.

After assembling all the components, the floor was secured with resin and epoxy, polished for a flawless surface, and every joint was filled with matching color epoxy to achieve a seamless look.
